A Memorandum Of Understanding was signed between GNEC and NWW.

Purpose of this MOU is to hold training courses for operating and auditing wastewater treatment plants in country in partnership with Shahid Beheshti University Professional Training Center and Schlegel Company from Germany and it is divided into three parts as follows:

- Training

- Auditing

- "Treatment Plants Hand Over " process control
