He has obtained his BSc in Electrical Engineering from Amirkabir University of Technology. He joined GNEC in 1981 after five years of professional activity and is currently responsible for Transmission Substations and Dispatching Dept. as Deputy Managing Director. The scope of activities of the department consists of activity in field of transmission substations at various voltage levels, AIS, GIS automation systems technologies and dispatching and telecommunicate systems. Consultancy engineering services and backstopping services and site supervision for construction of high voltage substations, management of contract (MC), financing consultancy services, preventive repair and maintenance of substations (PM), engineering, procurement, construction (EPC) are major fields of providing services in the department.

He joined GNEC in 1981 six years after his professional activity and is currently responsible for Power Transmission Lines and Electrical Distribution Dept. as Deputy Managing Director. The main scope of activities of the department consists of overhead transmission lines from low voltage to extra high voltage, network studies, defining the best technical and economic plan and surveying. The major available services of the department are survey and studies, designing, management, site supervision, implementation, construction and procurement, financial consultancy services and economic calculations of projects.

He joined GNEC in 2016 after 23 years professional activity and is currently responsible for Water, Structure, and Environment Dept. as Deputy Managing Director .The main scopes of services in the department consists of engineering services including engineering consultancy, management of contract (MC), EPC projects in dam and hydroelectric power plants, irrigation, drainage networks and related structures, buildings, water and waste water (sewage), basic studies of water resources, environmental studies and passive defense projects.

He joined GNEC in 2004 after 14 years of professional experience and is currently responsible for Oil, Gas and Petrochemical Dept. as Deputy Managing Director.
