The 230/400 KV Bazi Deraz substation was officially inaugurated on Thursday May 15,2025 during the Iranian president's visit to Kermanshah Province.

Kermanshah Province is located in the western part of Iran, bordering Iraq.

With an investment of over 9000 billion Iranian Rials, the project –designed and executed entirely by domestic experts – is expected to play an important role in enhancing transmission network stability and boosting energy sales.

GNEC is responsible for all engineering services in the project.
